Jessica Foat is an accomplished professional with expertise in project management, strategic planning, and organizational development. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instructional Design from California Southern University and a Graduate Certificate in Health Care and Psychology, using her analytical approach to drive complex projects to success.
With significant experience in program development and community relations, Jessica has excelled in leadership roles across non-profit and government sectors. As a U.S. Army Veteran and former Sergeant who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, she earned the Army Achievement Medal.
